Why the Kitchen
I’ve spent most of my working life in the restaurant industry. Long hours, hard work — but I always told myself it was preparation for the day I’d build something of my own.
When that day came, I started where I knew best: food. My first idea was simple — create a seasoning line that would get people cooking at home more. Better food, more energy, money saved. That was the vision.
But I ran into a wall fast. Not everyone cooks at home. Some don’t have the time. Some find it too complicated. Some don’t know what a seasoning even tastes like before they buy it. So the idea had to evolve.
I started making samples so people could taste before they committed. Then I added meals — for people who want to eat well but aren’t ready to cook yet. The idea being that if the food was good enough, curiosity would follow. They’d want to know how it was made. They’d want to try it themselves.
That’s what this Kitchen is. A place where I show you exactly how I cook — real ingredients, real measurements, real macros — so you can see that eating at home is simpler, cheaper, and more powerful than anything you’ll find in a drive-through.
The seasoning started it. The Kitchen is where it grows.
